GiveWiki (formerly AI Safety Impact Markets, run by the public benefit corporation GoodX) ranked AI safety projects by combining donation records from 200+ EA donors with retroactive evaluations. Scouts gained weight through track record (donor score) rather than appointment, and donors used the rankings to give their own money.
