Funds people rather than predefined activities (career transitions into AI safety, early-stage organisations, research, compute, fellowships, travel) across loss of control, cyber, CBRN, power concentration and verification; applicants send a short proposal and CV, reviewed on a rolling basis, then a call if there is a fit.
